Kool-aid for thought

An email I received today almost says it perfectly so I wanted to pass it on to all my loyal koolaid hating tea drinkin’ redneck terrorist bible thumpers…enjoy!

If any other of our presidents
had doubled the National Debt, which
had taken more than two centuries
to accumulate, in one year,
would You have Approved?

If any other of our presidents
had then proposed to Double
the debt again within 10 years,
would you have approved?

If any other of our presidents
had criticized a State Law that
he admitted he never even read,
would you think that he is
just an ignorant hot Head?

If any other of our presidents
joined the country of Mexico and sued a
State in the United States to force that State
to continue to allow Illegal Immigration,
would you question his patriotism
and wonder who’s side he was on?

If any other of our presidents
had pronounced the Marine Corps
as if it were the Marine Corpse,
would you think him an Idiot?

If any other of our presidents
had put 87,000 workers out of work
by arbitrarily placing a moratorium on
offshore oil drilling on companies that have
one of the best safety records of any industry
because one foreign company had an accident,
would you have agreed?

If any other of our presidents
had used a forged document as the
basis of the moratorium that would render
87000 American workers unemployed,
would you support him?

If any other of our presidents
had been the first President to need a
teleprompter installed to be able to get through
a press conference, would you have laughed and said
this is more proof of how inept he is on his own and is
really controlled by smarter men behind the scenes?

If any other of our presidents
had spent hundreds of thousands of dollars
to take his First Lady to a play in NYC,
would you have approved?

If any other of our presidents
had reduced your retirement plan holdings
of GM stock by 90% and given the
unions a majority stake in GM,
would you have approved?

If any other of our presidents
had made a joke at the expense
of the Special Olympics,
would you have approved?

If any other of our presidents
had given Gordon Brown a set of inexpensive
and incorrectly formatted DVDs, when Gordon Brown
had given him a thoughtful and historically significant gift,
would you have approved?

If any other of our presidents
had given the Queen of England an
IPod containing videos of his speeches,
would you have thought it to be a
proud moment for America ?

If any other of our presidents
had bowed to the King of Saudi Arabia ,
would you have approved?

If any other of our presidents
had visited Austria and made reference
to the nonexistent “Austrian language,”
would you have brushed it off
as a minor slip?

If any other of our presidents
had filled his Cabinet and circle of
Advisers with people who cannot seem
to keep current on their income taxes,
would you have approved?

If any other of our presidents
had stated that there were 57 states in
the United States , wouldn’t you have had
second thoughts about his capabilities?

If any other of our presidents
would have flown all the way to Denmark
to make a five minute speech about how the Olympics
would benefit him walking out his front door in his
home town, would you not have thought he was
a self-important, conceited, egotistical jerk?

If any other of our presidents
had been so Spanish illiterate as to refer to
“Cinco de Cuatro” in front of the Mexican ambassador
when it was “The 5th of May” (Cinco de Mayo),
and then continue to flub it when he tried again,
wouldn’t you have winced in embarrassment?

If any other of our presidents
had burned 9,000 gallons of jet fuel
to go plant a single tree on Earth Day,
would you have concluded he’s a Hypocrite?

If any other of our presidents’
Administrations had okayed Air Force One
flying low over millions of people followed by
a jet fighter in downtown Manhattan causing
widespread panic, would you have wondered
whether they actually get what happened on 9-11?

If any other of our presidents
had failed to send relief aid to flood victims
throughout the Midwest, with more people killed
or made homeless than in New Orleans, would you
want it made into a major ongoing political issue
with claims of racism and incompetence?

If any other of our presidents
had created the positions of 32 Czars
who report directly to him, bypassing
the House and Senate on much of
what is happening in America ,
would you have approved?

So, tell me again,
what is it about Obama that
makes him so brilliant and impressive?

Can’t think of anything?
Then you’d better start worrying.
He’s done all these things in 28 months —
and you have less than 19 months
to come up with an answer.

Every statement and action in this email
is factual and correctly attributable
to Barrack Hussein Obama.
Every bumble is a matter of record
and completely verifiable.

I WONDER ……
HOW MANY OF YOU
WILL FORWARD THIS?

“All it takes for evil to triumph
is for good men to do nothing.”

Great new Movie on the way

These are interesting times, and a lot of people clueless as to what our government is doing. I hear Obama supporters saying he is the best President the country has ever seen. Keep in mind they are smiling from ear to ear and believe this to be the truth. Others support the dems no matter what, and then there are the blacks who love Obama because he is black, nothing else is important to them than the fact he is one of them. You know, I never once thought how great Bush was because he was one of us. I supported some things he did and didn’t support other things that went against my believes, doesn’t matter his party or color, or what kind of underwear he was…or wasn’t…wearing.

Yes Virginia, there is a santa claus!

Okay, we all know there isn’t really a santa claus, or a tooth fairy. If we are going to have presents under the tree at christmas morning, it’s up to me to make sure they are there for my kids. I cannot count on anyone else, it’s my job. That’s a cold hard fact. Worst than that, some kids have parents that are rich and when they come down and see the $2000.00 worth of presents under the tree at christmas, they believe santa really brought them just for them. They run to school and tell all the other kids, mine included, about the wonderful things santa has brought. My kids come home and ask why santa only brought them a $60.00 video game. Wow, that hurts. Santa loves my neighbors kids more than mine. Okay, that’s it, there needs to be a law that all parents can only spend x amount of money on christmas presents and there needs to be a tax for those evil rich bastards that hurt my kids feels. Then I can go to the government and claim my share of those tax dollars from those rich bastards that hurt my kids feelings so I can afford to spend x amount for christmas presents. Life is good.

Okay, sounds stupid because it is stupid. But that’s exactly what happens everyday to people who pay taxes. Their money is going to subsidize mortgages for those of us that cannot afford a mortgage. Then we can go to Freddy Mac and Fannie Mae and get a loan with no money down for a mortgage that we cannot afford. We can use those rich bastards who hurt my kids feelings money. Life is good. Then we can vote in a black president who will understand my situation and help to get more money from those rich bastards who hurt my kids feelings. Life is good.

Then when the whole economy comes crashing down we can blame it on those rich bastards who hurt my kids feelings and live will be even better for me. Then we can blame all the problems in the world on George W. Bush, who is part of those rich bastards who hurt my kids feelings. This will create a whole class of voters who will always hate those rich bastards who hurt my kids feelings and the real cause of the problem, the laws passed by politicians to punish those rich bastards who hurt my kids feelings and redistribute their wealth. We will never know that all their redistributive laws they create to get elected actually backfired and created a divisive country with high unemployment, high taxes, and punitive laws to discourage growth by making it impossible for those rich bastards who hurt my kids feelings to creating more jobs, paying better salaries, or reinvesting their profits. Wow, maybe I could be one of those rich bastards who hurt my kids feeling if only the people would educate themselves and see past the lies. No Virginia, there ain’t no damn santa claus. There are only lying politicians like Chris Dodd and Barney Frank lining their pockets and creating a dependant class of voters who will stand in line for hours for a free hand out but don’t have the hope and fortatute to stand in line for hours for a job. It’s time to vote ’em out of office, it’s time for term limits, and a government that is by the people and for the people.

You are being lied to, the facts are everywhere if you look for them. Don’t sit there and listen to CNN, MSNBC, and the main stream media and let them keep you trapped in this situation. There are many power hungry people telling you they are for you, they are for the little guy, but they are doing horrible things, and lying to our faces, all to get rich and to gain power. After all, those we vote for have enourmous power and we trust them with it in hopes they will make our lives better. Are they living up to that promise? Not even close. Do some digging, the truth is out there. Vote for candidates this November who support Term Limits, lower taxes, and less government. History supports this despite what you hear from the politicians.

Illegal Citizenship

Got an email from a coworker that was so on the point, I decided I would post it here instead of writing my own response to the stupidity and misinformation surrounding Arizona’s new law that mimics a federal law that is already on the books. There is so much spin designed to take our eye off the big picture, I hope this email can help focus your eyes on the true point of this law.

LET ME SEE IF I GOT THIS RIGHT…

IF YOU CROSS THE NORTH KOREAN BORDER ILLEGALLY YOU GET 12
YEARS HARD LABOR.

IF YOU CROSS THE IRANIAN BORDER ILLEGALLY YOU ARE DETAINED
INDEFINITELY.

IF YOU CROSS THE AFGHAN BORDER ILLEGALLY, YOU GET SHOT.

IF YOU CROSS THE SAUDI ARABIAN BORDER ILLEGALLY YOU WILL BE
JAILED.

IF YOU CROSS THE CHINESE BORDER ILLEGALLY YOU MAY NEVER BE
HEARD FROM AGAIN.

IF YOU CROSS THE VENEZUELAN BORDER ILLEGALLY YOU WILL BE
BRANDED A SPY AND YOUR FATE WILL BE SEALED.

IF YOU CROSS THE CUBAN BORDER ILLEGALLY YOU WILL BE THROWN
INTO POLITICAL PRISON TO ROT.

IF YOU CROSS THE U.S. BORDER ILLEGALLY YOU GET

1 – A JOB,
2 – A DRIVERS LICENSE,
3 – SOCIAL SECURITY CARD,
4 – WELFARE,
5 – FOOD STAMPS,
6 – CREDIT CARDS,
7 – SUBSIDIZED RENT OR A LOAN TO BUY A HOUSE,
8 – FREE EDUCATION,
9 – FREE HEALTH CARE,
10 – A LOBBYIST IN WASHINGTON
11 – BILLIONS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF PUBLIC DOCUMENTS PRINTED IN YOUR LANGUAGE
12 – AND THE RIGHT TO CARRY YOUR COUNTRY’S FLAG WHILE YOU PROTEST THAT YOU DON’T GET ENOUGH RESPECT.

I JUST WANTED TO MAKE SURE I HAD A FIRM GRASP ON THE SITUATION.

Are we too compassionate?

This country is a truly compassionate country, we donate money, time, and energy to support thousands of causes and millions of people. We help people in all states and many countries. We are always one of the first countries to come to the aid of countries during disasters and times of need. This is a good thing, and I would be ashamed if we did not offer aid to those in need.

With that said, sometimes I think we are so eager to feel good about ourselves we lose perspective and go overboard. There are basic rules of human nature that have been proven over hundreds of years. If you feed wild animals it has been proven that over time they will become so dependent on humans providing their food that they lose the ability to find their own food and will starve if you stop feeding them. When it comes to animals professionals know exactly how to take care of them and will do everything they can do to help that animal get back to the point they can take care of themselves. If animals are provided for entirely, they become slaves to the people that are taking care of them.

This fact seems to have been overlooked however when humans are the ones being provided for. We are so eager to help people we often enslave them. Government programs that are meant to provide assistance, become chains that enslave them. We are creating a class of citizens that sit and wait for the government to provide for them. It wouldn’t be so disheartening if it wasn’t for the fact that we are literally creating a class of human slaves that sit around and vote for politicians that promise them more stuff, and they are becoming totally dependent on this that in some families this mentality is passed on from one generation to the next, creating generations of families that no longer have the drive or belief in themselves to break the cycle. I have talked with people who are afraid to make too much money because it will make them ineligible for government programs, discounts for school lunches, or raise their tax rate until they lose tax breaks or child tax credits. Even though they could surely make enough money to overcome the lose of the small amount of money they would be losing, the effort seems to be too risky. Why risk making just enough that you lose your benefits but not enough to make up for the lose? What then? How would you get by? I actually had someone tell me they would rather hang on to what they have than risk having nothing. You know, a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush theory. As soon as a politician tries to point out that this may not be the best thing we can do for people and tries to change the welfare system, the other party, usually the democrats, will start a campaign to smear the person. They sponsor TV ads with distortions about what the other is trying to do and uses this deception to paint this person as a monster. They outright lie about their true intentions and emotions take over. Soon, this politician and his party soon regret the efforts to truly help people and it becomes a race to win people over by giving them things, or at least promises of paradise to get elected…and things continue as normal. We have class envy and soon believe the government should take from those who have to help fund this cycle of government dependency. Take fish from those who know how to fish and give to those who don’t have the know how to fish for themselves. We no longer teach a man to fish so he can feed himself, we provide the fish and call it compassion.

Now we have a president and a democratic party that truly believes they can create a whole class of dependent democrat voters who will soon become totally beholding to them and therefore empower them. It reminds me of a king who watches over his peasants whom they rule. The king will decide the rules and provide only enough to hold on to the power they have acquired. And the peasants worship this king because they believe he has their best interest in mind. They will either support the king, or the king and his men will make examples out of you. Those that speak out are branded as un-American, haters, not compassionate, or whatever labels they can pin on them. And somehow we are to feel grateful because they are claiming to tax the rich with the amount of high taxes as they deserve, and we will somehow benefit from taking this money from the rich. The reality is, we are the ones hurt the most from this. We are being held captive by high unemployment and a lose of motivation, and an enormous lack of understanding the reality of our situation. Taking fish from those that can and giving to those who cannot only creates a dependent class and a class of people that grow more and more resentful and soon will provide less fish. Why fish for hours and hours and labor so hard to only have the king take half of all you have earned and give 1/4 of those fish to the people who don’t fish, and keep the rest for themselves. After all, the king doesn’t have time to fish, he must get his fish from those who fish too. Now the king has more fish than any one fisherman, and can use this fish to gain favor with his peasants and can use this promise of fish to control the peasants. But soon, the fisherman will fish so little there won’t be enough to keep the promises they have made to the peasants.

The better option would be to vote for politicians that understand this game and will use their power to set up fishing camps to help teach all their peasants to fish, and give the power back to the peasants. The rich and poor will work together to help provide the jobs that are needed to help all people prosper. The government should only take what they need to sustain themselves modestly, and to provide for those that cannot provide for themselves. I believe those that can fish will provide for those that cannot if only the king would not interrupt the natural compassion that we all feel. Rich people cannot make money if they can get people to work for them. These workers are not forced, they are given an opportunity. And if the government provides the necessary environment that protects workers without enslaving them, we can reach our true potential.

It’s time to change the direction of this bus and stop allowing politicians to manipulate us. Taking from others is stealing, even if the government does it. We need to be responsible for ourselves and take care of those that cannot. But we cannot afford to continue to provide for those that can and must provide for themselves. Vote for real change this November.

I thought it was okay to disagree with an administration?

Hillary Clinton once gave a very odd sounding over the top, hey look at me, I am for the little guy and against the man speech about how sick and tired she is of people complaining about her disagreeing with the bush administration. As always, it is another example of the stupidity in politics, and the democratic party in general.

It’s okay to yell and scream when you have something to scream about, but for those that may not remember, all news medias except Fox News was critizing the Bush Administration every single day about every single thing telling the biggest whoppers I have ever heard. In response to all the critizism Fox News and the republicans finally stood up and complained that american needed to support the troops and all the argueing was not good for the moral of the troops. After all, there was a lot of unnecessary complaining about the Bush Administration, much more than Obama is getting currently. This is a fact, all news media and all democrates were complaining about Bush, and every once in a while the republicans and fox news and talk radio was complaining about him as well. That means not only did he get critizism from the left but from the right. Obama is only getting critizism from the Right and a few frenge groups who think he isn’t socialist enough. Now anyone who critizises Obama racist. Really? I thought it was okay to disagree with an administration?

Let’s keep the arguments and name calling to a minimum and let’s have a civil debate…honestly!!

Big government or limited government?

There are two kinds of politicians, and they are hard to differentiate. One is an Ideologue who is in it to make a difference, and the other is a phase shifter that changes according to the polls. The phase shifter can be really easy to spot if you listen long enough, but most people are so tied to their party, they cannot see or do not care that the politician they are supporting doesn’t have their best interest at heart. They cannot see their candidate just wants the job, at any cost. The phase shifter will lie, cheat, steal, and deceive to hold onto power.

The Ideologue can be broken into 2 distinct groups. The Big Government, we know better than you elitist like Nancy “you have to pass the bill to see what’s in it” Pelosi and the Small Government, let the people decide, constitutionally motivated politician. One is a Socialist and the other is a Capitalist. These groups unfortunately have people in them that believe the ends justify the means and will bold face lie to the American public about their intentions, tell you they believe one thing and then sign a bill saying just the opposite.

It’s time to stop arguing about which party is the most honest, the most caring, has the most compassion, and who wears boxers or briefs. There is a cold hard fact that all americans need to face, one party believes in Big Government and the other in limited Government. It’s time to decide, are you a Capitalist or Socialist? I believe both systems have flaws, neither are perfect, but having the Government fix your problems and make life fair for everyone has never worked. I don’t think anyone would be truly happy living under Socialism, and those that think this is preferable to Capitalism really doesn’t understand how evil this system is, and how much bigger the gap is between the haves and have nots. You think it’s big now you need to look at other countries, there are the poor and the rich and a very small middle class. I think it’s time for all americans to understand the real problems in this country cannot be solved by government, but by the people. Capitalism is a country that is for the people, and governed by the people who decide to get involved and make a difference. Socialism is a country controlled by a small elitist group of privilaged do gooders who decide for of the rest of the country. Do you like the government telling you what to do? Aren’t those folks in the food stamp office so nice and helpful? Aren’t those post offices so user friendly and aren’t they so eager to provide you the best service money can buy?

The time to decide is now…where do you stand? Learn more about Socialism before you cast another vote…and then vote for Capitalism and the constitution. This country didn’t get where it is because of Socialism, just the opposite, it’s the most powerful and charitable country in the world because we are free to pursue our own happiness and will die to protect that freedom.
